I did the same long run as last week, on this damp and very grey day. The run felt okay, although my legs were a little tired after this first full week of serious running. I went out comfortably in about 6:35s until the trails, then (inevitably) slowed down there a bit but enjoyed the trail running, and then came back on the roads in about 6:10s, until I started cooling down for the last half mile. All in all pretty good, and the faster stretch at the end in particular felt pretty smooth.
