Back at Williams again after break, I decided to swim early today in case I can double with a short run this afternoon. They changed the pool to long course meters which made it all considerably harder, but I made do. I started with a 300 swim, 200 pull, 100 kick for warm up, and then did 6x100 free on 1:35 (coming in on about 1:25 each time), 5x100 kick on 2:15, 4x150 IM leaving out one stroke each time on 2:25, and then 10x50 sprint on 1:00 alt free/choice followed by an easy 500 cool down. The long course was a lot harder than normal, but the workout felt good and hopefully I'll be running this afternoon.
