Aussie quarters -- 8 x [200m float / 400m @ 5k]

Great workout this morning, working hard but feeling good. Took another crack at Aussie Quarters, and it was probably my best session of them yet. I felt strong throughout, seemed to recover pretty well on the floats, and though I was working hard by the end I held my 400m paces all the way through. It was also windy as heck this morning, which certainly messed with the paces on some of these reps when it gusted up.

Also exciting to compare back to when I did this workout in December -- I was already feeling good then, and this session was consistently faster on both the floats and the quarters. Cool to see the tangible progress.
