Swam this morning to start off my first double in a few days, doing a solid workout of 3400 m (though unfortunately the pool was still long course). I did 300 swim, 200 pull, 100 kick for warm up, then 8x100 free on 1:30 (numbers 4 and 7 were back on 1:45), 4x150 pull, 4x150 IM leaving out one stroke reverse IM order, 8x50 alt sprint/easy, and then a 400 cool down. The arms felt much better rested after a few days out of the pool, and it was a good workout overall (though I need to get more sleep).
