Average day at average intensity. I was bummed that my ankle continues to give me some pain, because that really ruins the whole run. Meanwhile, when I tried to ignore that for a stretch, I found that I was actually feeling quite good and enjoying the run. The pace felt comfortable and relaxed, and I noted at the end how not-out of breath I was. Just need to sort out this pain... Perhaps get through tomorrow's workout and then hit the pool on Saturday.
