We ran on my our own today because of the weather, so I did a Northwest Hill into a Hopkins Forest and was nice. It was pouring out so it was a bit slippery and sometimes a little tough to see and I definitely rolled my ankle a few times, but it felt ok in the end. I took this as an average-ish day, and I felt great. And even so, the pace was very good, averaging just about 7:00 pace (including having to slow down in the forest). All in all a good day.
