10 x 1 min uphill, jog down recovery
Great first workout since the break for Zermatt. Came back to my go-to hill workout, this time on the Taconic side of Gale (rather than Rt 43 side). Bit less steep, but still enough to be working hard while holding strong paces. Felt good all the way through.
Bit of tightness still in the right quad, but rolled it twice yesterday and again this morning. Will keep on with that, and hopefully ease it up in the next day or two.
