I had set out to do 8 today, but the foot started hurting early so I opted to cut the run a bit short. Not ideal, but it was still a good recovery day. I kept the pace super relaxed and easy, so I'm still pleased with the pace. And it didn't seem like the foot was getting much worse pain-wise as the run went on, I could just feel it. Need to get through Sunday, then sort this out...
