6:30 -> 6:13
Did an average run from work today, doing the loop past Rue Muzy through Euax Vives, then up to the Park Bertrand, and down to Bel Aire and back to the office. The run started off a little slow, as I was doing about 6:30s for the first couple of miles, but by the end of the 6.6 mile main run I had averaged 6:13s, which means that I picked it up pretty significantly later on, while still feeling very relaxed and smooth. All very good things. Meanwhile, I rather enjoyed the slightly cooler weather today as well, as it was cloudy but dry,
Finished up the run with a series of 5 strides near the office, which felt fast.
