Really good long run today. Legs were a bit tired, mainly in the first half (and esp with some second-day soreness from Friday's bootcamp), but I broke up the run by doing 60 sec pushes at the start of miles 4-11 (8 pushes), and it somehow made the run fly by. Paces on the pushes weren't anything exceptional, but they got the legs spinning a little and kept things interesting, which I'm into. Would defo do again.
