Notes

We had another pool day today (though I had to do it on my own because I was guarding during the regular time) and I pushed it a bit while enjoying the day off my legs. I did a 300 warm up, and then a ladder of 200-150-100-150-200, in which i did the odds free and the evens back. I pushed all of it at a decent pace and felt pretty good, and then followed it with a 550yd swim with the last 100 or so easy to cool down. It felt good and I was happy with the workout, though I could feel a little something in my knee coming off a few of the walls. Nothing serious though.
