Notes
Did a good long run this afternoon to cap of a very solid week of training. My legs were pretty tired from the week, so it wasn't especially fast, but I just kept it smooth and enjoyed being out there. I did a beautiful loop out into the Choulex/Vandeouvres area, and it was a gorgeous day, so that certainly made it nice. I felt pretty strong all the way through, not really struggling at all even at the end, which was a good sign.
I do feel a little silly because I had mapped out a whole route that would be 18, but then when I was out there I forgot to add on a small piece, so the run ended up being a half mile short. No, the half mile doesn't matter so much, but I still don't like having skipped it. But of course, I didn't notice until after I had stretched and gotten onto the computer. Oh well...
