Notes

Last run of the week was "long" one, and first time running for a full hour in this cycle / this year. Felt great, and fun to be getting back out to new and nice places around town. Would ideally have made this a true "long day" by getting on the elliptical afterwards, but had to get out to see friends, and I'm happy with not overdoing things this first week back after the break with skiing, etc. But fun to be doing a one-hour run and feeling so good through the week.
