I couldn't get out during the day today for my second run because we had our Willowbrook meet (which we won!!) so I had to go at night, but I had a great run going to HG the long way (via Lawrence Farms and Old Roaring Brook) and then doing a reverse Old Lyme from HG into town before heading home via 120. The pace wasn't fast, probably because I'm (still, geez) recovering from Sunday, but I felt great and very smooth for the run which was nice.
