Notes
We headed over to Mountain Meadow and Deer Ridge for this morning's run, which ended up being the main run of the day. We did more than half the run pretty slow, staying as one big group and recovering from yesterday, but coming back down from the ridge and then once we broke off for a longer group we picked up the pace a bit and actually did the last mile or so at a pretty solid clip. I was feeling great and once again really enjoyed running with the big group. Did a creek soak afterwards which felt good.
