I went for a 5-miler again today, once again heading into town and up the Interfaith hill. I found that I was a little more tired today than I have been, though that's not necessarily a bad thing, but I did also find that it was taking a little more effort to keep my cadence up than it had the past few days, and largely it stayed around 88 strides/min (obviously still great for me, but I want to stay at 90!). Other than that though the run went well, and I followed it with a 25 min bike and a solid 15 minutes of abs afterwards.
