Notes
This was a really great long run. I went out on Hardscrabble to Valley Lane, 120, McKesson Hill, Lawrence Farms, Old Roaring Brook, across Saw Mill and over to Annandale, Taylor, 128, 117, Annandale, HG, Bridge to 117, followed around to road near library, through train station and around Starbucks, over bridge and to Kipp, Hardscrabble, Valley View and home. It rained for the entire run but not too hard, and it felt really nice. I tried out one of the energy gels at about the 10 mile marker (when I was at HG) and I think it really helped because even at the very end of the run I was feeling strong and going pretty fast (a 6:31 for my 15th mile!) without too much effort. All in all everything felt great and I really enjoyed the run this morning.
