Gale-Ide

Notes

I ran on my own this afternoon, doing a Gale-Ide and then a few strides to get the legs moving a bit faster. As a super-short tune up workout I also added in 3x1 min cruise pieces just to get the heart rate up a little higher and not feel like my legs were getting slow after not running fast for so long before the race. I kept it relaxed and comfortable though, and it felt good.
