Notes

Gradually increased this weekly workout again, this time for 3x 5 mins at ~tempo. Paces still about the same as last couple of weeks when trying this, and still feeling quite smooth doing it - even as lengthening the pieces a bit. I did notice unsurprisingly that I had to be intentional about maintaining the pace in the last minute of each piece, and will want to think about longer tempo stretches coming up. But good to be laying this base bit by bit. Elliptical after the run to extend the cardio a bit.

Next several weeks will be a bit tricker for consistency with lots of travel coming up (Florida for Lindsay wedding, then NY, Kenya, Steamboat, and Big Sky all lined up), but hoping to keep enough consistency while also taking some time for active recovery to dive back in when I'm back home and into the spring.
