6 x 800 @3-5k, 400m slow recovery
Tough but solid workout this morning. Not sure if we're turning a corner or if the easy day yesterday was just what I needed, but the legs felt decidedly peppier and stronger than the workout last week. Really felt like I was moving pretty well, and had another gear when I needed to push. This was still a hard one, and very much the fastest I've run in a long while. Keen to make 5-min pace (and faster) start to feel smoother again, but this was a good step toward that.
