Today was a pretty good day, and the third one in a row. I did a 500 medium pace picking it up a little bit at the end in 6:55, a 1000 starting out medium and finishing hard in about 13:54 (splits were 6:58 low and 6:56 high), and then a 200 medium/fast in 2:41, a 150 in 1:59, and a 100 in 1:16 (fast) and all of the last three with breathing work added in. I then finished up with a 150 easy to cool down.
