Did a set of 4x4min oslerians today during my run, and they went great. I split them with 2 min @ 10k, 60 sec @ 5k, 30 sec @ 3k, 30 sec @ lift. Wanted mostly to feel the shifting gears and get the legs moving fast for the first time in a while. The paces were strong - running around 5:30-5:40 for the first stages, 5:20-5:25 for the second, and then bringing the last two down to finish each piece right around 5:00 pace. Was working hard but felt smooth throughout, and was pleased to have been running pretty fast for the first quicker workout of the season.
