"Short Michigan" workout -- 800m @ 5k, 1 mi tempo, 800m @ 5k, 1 mi tempo, 400m @ 3k; 2 min jog recovery for all
Wanted to take a stab at the "Michigan" blend of speed and tempo, but held off on a shorter version of the whole thing. Speeds were pretty solid throughout -- ~2:32 for both 800s, 5:30s for tempo miles, 71 for final 400m. Felt strong and smooth for all of it.
