Notes

Easy run along the water this morning. Was surprised at just how easy and relaxed the pace felt while still moving decently. This is as good an indication as any of my starting to get back into a real running routine and getting back some of my old fitness (or at least transferring it back to the legs). Exciting stuff. Then did a short core workout when I got home.
