I chose not to run today because I had so much work to do, so I just went to pool practice where I did a short 700 yd practice, the kicking and drills with the team, and then we played water polo for about 20 minutes which was a lot of fun. All in all an easy day but it was good to at least get moving a little bit in the pool.
