Went to Rockefeller with mom and dad this morning. Aimed for 7 mi, ended up a bit long but felt great. Didn't feel any pain in the hip for the first 2 miles or so, but then it came back a bit stronger than I expected - and lingered after the run. But threw in a harder 800m in the second half and held ~5:50 pace without straining too hard, which was great.
