Notes
Went out for a run while in Baltimore for a Dalberg regional retreat. Started out nice and easy with two colleagues, then dropped the pace a bit when one of them split off, and then came up to an average pace for most of the run once I was on my own. It was flat and fairly nice out (though a bit windy), and it was cool to see me hitting such consistent ~6:20 pace for most of the run without pushing the effort too much. Legs felt pretty good, which was nice to see after such a tough training block last week.
