Notes
It was raining pretty hard this morning, but I dragged myself out and had a solid run. I did a full 10 miles at a surprisingly solid pace, feeling smooth and not pressing throughout. Also felt good having gotten out in the rain for the first time in a long while. But, during the last few miles my hamstring (which has been feeling tight at the *start* of runs for a week or so) started hurting, which isn't great. I need to stop this from becoming a thing.
