Finally mixed up the workout this morning by doing my normal warm up, then 8x100 free on 1:30 (5 and 7 were back on 1:40), 4x200 alt 100 kick 100 pull, 4x150 IM skipping one stroke reverse IM order, 6x50 alt sprint free/easy back, and then 300 cool down. I felt good this morning and I made solid times which I was pleased with.
