We went for a really easy, short run this afternoon as the closest thing I'll take to a day off this week and a recovery day following my pretty rough 10K/long run double over the weekend. We kept the pace very easy which felt great, and toward the end of the run (the last mile or so) I started to feel a bit better but I could tell that I was pretty worn down (everything felt great, my legs were just obviously very tired). Afterwards did myrtle.
