10x 1 min @ 5k uphill, jog recovery back down to start
Continuing to follow the same pattern of workouts I did in the spring when I was starting to feel really good - this was #3. Much better all around than last week - felt really strong and smooth on all of these and very much like I could have kept going for a few more reps. Never dying at the end of reps, and HR recovering well on the jog down. Paces also about comparable to last March's version of the same workout, which is great to see.
