Notes
Pretty solid swim this morning. Got into the water much later than planned, but made the most of my 40 mins. I've now swam twice in the last 4 weeks, and was worried that I'd be too out of upper-body shape to get a proper workout, but I worked it pretty well and felt surprisingly okay throughout.
