Went for another steady state run this evening, doing my favorite flatter loop through Pleasantville and Thornwood. I had one of those weird warm ups where I felt kind of dizzy or light headed when I stopped at the 2 mile mark, but once I started the workout I started feeling pretty strong and then felt fairly good for the rest of the run. I maintained a solid pace, doing about 36:50 for 6 mi which was only a bit slower than the one I did last Saturday on the same loop.
