Notes

I did a solid pool workout today that went well. I did a 500 swim and 100 kick for warm up (they didn't have any pull buoys or boards today), and then 3x[300 alt 100 back/100free, 200 IM, 100 free build by 25], a 400 alt 100free/100back at "tempo", and a 200 cool down. I worked all of it pretty hard, taking 20 seconds between pieces and 1-1:30 between sets. I felt much bettre in the water than I did last week, though I could still tell that my arm strength is less than it has been. Nevertheless the times were fairly good and I felt good throughout. I finished up with about 11 min of core.
