Took a shorter day at average pace today, doing the river path to Cole Field and then coming up from behind Mission and going back to the track down Spring Street. I then did a loop around the track, and took my shoes off to do another two miles or so barefoot on the golf course. It actually felt pretty good today and my knee didn't hurt much at all once I got going.
