Notes
Just did an easy day today to get ready for the meet tomorrow! Did about 2 miles running on the golf course and around the track, and then did another mile on the grass around the track barefoot, followed by a mile on the track of strides and easy running (still barefoot). It felt pretty good though I didn't like the heat (what's going on?) and I hadn't drank enough, but the knee wasn't bad once I really got going and it went pretty well.
