With the family in Parry Sound, Canada for a long weekend to celebrate Ga and Pappa. Ran from the cabin we were staying at - warm and humid day, and it felt harder than it should have. But at the same time, pace was also faster than perhaps it should have been - need to work in some proper recovery and rebalance myself after this weird week getting back into post-covid running.
