Notes
This was a solid average run, though it was a nasty rainy day. Shadowbrook goes over Northwest Hill and down the other side, then looping back up around through Shadowbrook Farm and comes out the driveway near Purple Mt. Pass. We kept a good pace and it was sometimes tough up the hills, but I felt great and even led for a good portion of the run. Legs felt good, and I didn't feel too worn out at all. Psyched for some real recovery days though. My right ankle had a little bit of pain for some reason, but it should go away soon.
