Notes

I did a solid workout today as my first exercise in about a week, which I actually had to cut about 800 yds short from what I had planned because my arms just reached exhaustion before the rest of me did (which is a good sign for me cardiovascularly). I did 300 swim, 200 pull, 100 kick for warm up, then a ladder of 8x50 IMO, 6x100 kick, 4x150 pull, 4x200 IM, and a 200 cool down for 3200 yds. Jack did all of it except the 200 IMs with me which was also really nice, because doing these workouts alone can be pretty boring.
