Notes
I headed out again this morning to test out my knee, and hopefully start easing back into more running again. I did 2 miles, out and back along Riverside Drive, and it felt surprisingly good. My knee had no pain, and I was pleasantly surprised at the degree to which my cross-training has kept me fit enough to feel pretty good back on my feet. Looking forward to testing out a bit more of this over the coming days.
When I got home, I rounded out the workout with a solid circuit.
