Notes

I did a pretty tough workout in the pool today for my day off of running for the week, and it felt pretty good. I did my typical warm up, and then a 500 swim (200 free, 100 back, 200 free), 2x300 alt 100 back/100 free, 3x200 IM, 3x150 pull free, 50 easy, 5x100 kick, 50 easy, 6x50 alt easy choice/sprint free, and then a 350 cool down to round out the 4000 yds (my longest swim in a long time!). I was a little sore and worn out from the tough weekend and the lift yesterday, but my times were solid throughout and it all felt okay. After the swim I did a 16 min core session which also went well.
