Notes
We were on our own for today and I had to squeeze in my run during our lunch break from working on our catapult for class. I did a Blair short (on purpose after the snow last night/this morning so that I got to try out my running cleats I got for Christmas, and they were great!) which felt good and I think was a little longer than 5 since I kept up a pretty solid pace for the run. I followed the run with a solid 25 min bike.
