5x100 (75 fly kick on back, 25 free sprint)
200 cool down
Had a solid workout this morning, and worked it pretty hard. Did the 100s free coming in between 1:12-1:15, leaving on 1:25 for all three sets. Felt strong throughout, though def needed to work a bit harder at the end to keep up the times. Felt really strong and fast on the sprints at the end, which was cool.
