Notes

Was very tired before starting, but felt good once I got going. Left shin tightened up a lot after about a mile (maybe less), and stayed till I was about 4 miles in. At about 5.5 mile mark my left hip began hurting like it did on Friday, and that stayed for the rest of the run. It was quite painful, but I was able to finish and obviously kept a good average pace. The run as a whole didn't feel very hard which is good, just have to stretch/strengthen shin and figure out hip.
