I met the Dalberg TdC team at the track to do a workout together this evening, and we did a solid threshold workout. We did 6 x 3:15 at threshold with 60 sec recovery, followed by 4x150m strides. I held about 5:30 pace for the longer pieces, on grass around two soccer fields because the track had a meet going on - not too bad. Ran to and from the track (from CG8) for warm-up and cool-down, respectively.
