Notes
The pool is still long course which was unfortunate, but I had a good workout this evening. I did 300 swim, 200 pull, 100 kick for warm up, and then 10x100 free on 1:30 (5, 7, 9 were back on 1:40), 4x100 kick on 2:15, 4x150 IM leaving out one stroke, 8x50 alt sprint free/easy back, and then 400 easy cool down. Arms weren't too tired today, the times were solid, and I felt pretty good so overall a good practice.
