I ran with the distance team on a Blair, and when they went up toward the reservoir on Luce I headed back to campus with three other guys. This was my first run with other people since Nationals and it went well, and the pace was fine. We did speed building afterwards with drills and a few pick-ups which were fine, and then we did a core workout which was pretty tough.
