Did a set of 16x200 (though they were only six lengths of the silly 33m pool).
1-4: 2 lengths free, 2 lengths IMO, 2 lengths free
5-8: IM, skipping one stroke in reverse IMO (first without free, second without breast, etc)
9-12: alt one length swim, one length fly kick on back
13-16: four lengths build, one easy, one sprint
