I went to the early Saw Mill Club practice this morning with Johnny and I did much better than I had expected (I even led practice for a while!). We did 500 swim and 200 kick for warm up, followed by 8x75 (50 free, 25 odd), 6x100 pull on 1:30, 3x100 kick on 2:00, and 4x125 (100 IM with one stroke a 50 IMO- i.e. 50 fly/25 back/25 breast/25 free, etc), followed by a relay race where everyone did a 50.
