Notes

This afternoon I did some core while most did speed building drills (taking the day off my feet to let the tendon heal, hopefully in time for the run tomorrow), and we then did about 30 min of yoga which felt good. After that we went to the pool where I did a 300 warm up, 200IM, 200 swim (100 free, 100 back), 3x150 pull free. And then we finished up with about 15 minutes of aqua jogging. I cut it a little short though because for some reason my stomach started to really bother me, and I'm not sure what's wrong.
